Had a great day yesterday, went to gym early and ate pretty well all day having foods like sushi eggs lamb banana avo basically all whole foods, had a little bit of weed which I have found to effect my sleep a little, would like to give it up for 3 months and do the vertical diet for 3 months aswell and track the change that would happen in that time, really want to get into my training, very excited at what’s to come
